This is a form of Chinese massage that gets to work on your muscles for major tension relief. Literally translated as ‘pinch and pull’, the treatment addresses specific areas of concern, a little like acupuncture. The technique ‘harmonises yin and yang in the body’ through theraupetic massage and has been used in China for more than 5,000 years
Tui Na massage can relieve multiple disorders including insomnia, constipation, headaches, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, premenstrual syndrome, and emotional problems.
It can also treat disorders related to digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems. Many people seek the treatment for stiff neck, distension of shoulders, sciatica, and sore back. Tui Na can be used to address both internal diseases and external injuries.
You keep your clothes on
Unlike other forms of massage, Tui Na requires your clothes to be kept on (though keep ‘em loose for optimum comfort).
MY CLIENTS SAY
Paul is an excellent personal trainer and always keeps the training sessions fun and interesting by introducing different workouts.
Paul is an exceptional personal trainer always looking to improve performance but careful not to overextend.
With a gentle but committed presence Paul has convinced me that I can get stronger and improve my fitness.
Clients find it much more convenient and time efficient to work out at home with me. I bring the necessary equipment and expertise and they just clear away a space and bring their energy. In-home personal trainers can also teach clients workouts they can do on their own at home. Again this saves time and is more convenient for the client. Training someone in their home allows me to keep the focus on them without any distractions.
