Paul is an excellent personal trainer. I haven’t worked with a PT for years and was hesitant to re-start but Paul always keeps the training sessions fun and interesting by introducing different workouts. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me to become fitter again after breaking a bone in my foot. I always look forward to my training session with him and have recommended him to a friend. He is also an excellent and knowledgeable Tai-Chi instructor. His classes are a great way to start the week!

Paul’s teaching meets the diverse needs of a very mixed group and as well as carefully explaining and modelling the physical moves of Tai Chi, he gives simple information about the spiritual dimensions of the art. I find this an enjoyable and rewarding class, even though I find it difficult!

I had done personal training in the past with mixed results so I wasn’t sure if was the right thing for me. I knew I had to get fit again, and seeing Paul gave me the chance to find out what I’d enjoy. He was patient, trying out different things with flexibility and humour. Then we realised that I’d really like to do Tai Chi (and luckily he’s great at it). I’ve really enjoyed learning how to do it, and Paul has encouraged me not give up and keep pushing forward. Paul set me some exercises to address an old injury which has caused me balance issues and weakness on one leg for many years. After seeing about 6 different physiotherapists over the years I can honestly say Pauls exercises are the most fun to do whilst really addressing the root of the problem. Because the routines are interesting and relevant they’re easy to keep doing and get good results – Fantastic! Huge thanks Paul!
