Paul helped me achieve my 90 day challenge recently. Although being aware of some knee problems I have, Paul showed me some great alternative ways of using certain muscle groups, kept me challenged each session and showed a high level of expertise in his field by showing me some routines I could continue with when I was not with him. I would recommend Paul without hesitation.

Much more than a personal trainer, so glad I invested my health and fitness development with Paul, he has such in-depth knowledge of the workings of the body and also taught me how to release muscular tension allowing the inner energy to flow throughout the whole. Didn't know it was possible to feel so good, thank you!

Known Paul for many years as he was my first instructor in the martial arts. He genuinely wants to pass on as much knowledge as he can to his students so that they can progress. He is highly experienced and quite inspirational to spend time with.

I highly recommend Paul as a trainer and martial arts instructor. He's friendly, extremely knowledgable and dedicated to helping people reach peak fitness. His challenging but patient approach has really helped me get back into fitness over the past few months after injury.
